I take your point though.. this has potential as a momentum trade.
The business itself is in a highly competitive space with new entrants all the time boasting the latest technology.
This NR only shows that Telus intends to utilize their services.. but I guarantee you there's no exclusivity built into the aggreemnet.. these arrangements come things come and go with the wind.. which is why they deserve the high risk ratings they receive.
