It makes absolutely no sense for Telus to be putting out a press release for this.   They are only starting to use Ortsbo and to Telus, this is not even close to newsworthy.  When they decide to deploy it to all of their customer care centers worldwide, they still may or may not put out a press release.  A company like Telus is dealing with contracts for a vast variety of their operations daily. Why would they choose to put out a press release for this?  It makes no business sense.  

This contract is a big deal for Ortsbo but it has yet to prove to be a big deal for Telus.  Four quarters from now, when Telus can truly quantify and qualify their savings while using Ortsbo for customer care operations, is what Telus is looking at.  Long term savings.  Even then, it will look like peanuts for Telus but a gold mine for Ortsbo.
