Telus, Ortsbo and Intertainment MediaThe latest events bodes very well for them going forward!
Good to see :)
The deal between TI and Ortsbo is a huge boost to INT's credibility. Ortsbo has been subject to intense scrutiny over its usefulness thanks to online translation tools freely available all over the web. This deal clearly shows that Ortsbo has successfully carved a niche for itself within a company such as TI that has roots in being on the leading edge when it comes to cheap and reliable customer service across the world. This benefits INT on two fronts. First, as TI grows its business, the relationship with Ortsbo will result in more revenue for INT. Second, and this point depends on any exclusivity clause signed between Ortsbo and TI, any international customer service organization that sees this agreement may think of Ortsbo as a solution to their real-time conversational language translation needs.
TSX News does not currently have a price target for INT. The company itself has a lot of risk inherit in its poor financial position so we cannot recommend a buy or sell price as each individual investor needs to weigh their risk tolerance versus their perceived upside potential for INT. But this is the first time in our opinion that INT has truly made groundbreaking strides in becoming a legitimate revenue-generating company so it was worth mentioning as this news alone could drive significant stock price appreciation beyond what has happened today. It is conceivable that a spin-off of Ortsbo could land the company with enough cash to maintain operations without dilution, so investors needs to take that into consideration as well.
Happy Trading :)
