RE:LNV

RE:LNVLNV is heading to $7-$8 price range fairly quickly, especially now that the yield has dipped under 10%, more buyers will come into the stock as the lower yield confirms the dividend sustainability. I very rarely add on strength, but this is what I exactly did with LNV lately, the setup between high oil price, lower differentials, low Canadian dollar, resumption of drilling and all this in the context of funds moving in the Canadian oil sector, even the Americans are moving big in the sector of late (Buffett buying Suncor, Chevron buying Duvernay lands). Also do note that our CEO Mr.Drader is fully focused on managing and promoting LNV going forward now that he resigned his position at Advantage; I have been informed that our CEO will be undertaking an investor tour across Canada in the fall, this should help in increasing our visibility.

LNV is still an extreme buy. Cheap stock, good yield, and with a number of catalysts ahead.

Regards,
Nawar
