Big Volume & Harper Arctic Tour – coincidence or not?Stephen Harper is touring the Arctic from Aug 18 to 23rd Does someone think he’s going to make a big announcement on the MacKenzie Pipeline? It’s getting very close to the 2013 deadline for the oil companies to begin the permitting process or start all over again. Then again, the National Post thinks it might be all over.
