RE:Papillon

RE:Papillon
Papillon has plenty of upside being currently valued at $45 per oz in the ground and will still go into production if POG drops to $1000 an oz. Upside could be significant if someone moves to acquire them (something that won't be happening anytime soon with VTR). I have no problem with VTR management a they did an efficient job with what they had. IMO though you're going to need minimum $1600 gold based on current PFS to have a chance of developing Kiaka and same goes with AKG. Hard to say if we'll see that in a reasonably stable macroeconomic environment and I think all world governments and central banks will work hard to achieve that even if it means gaming the system. The alternative is too castostrophic to contemplate. I'm betting my money on something that has a chance of being developed on sub-$1000 POG and that would include AGG and Papillon. Good luck with your VTR though.
