Financings always above market

Financings always above market
Not sure what to make of this Aura.   Seems like they want over 50% control of the company.   Now they will appoint directors.   Sounds like they are taking over the company.   Good or bad?  Any thoughts?  I am assuming once the latest PP is closed this will go much higher.   News is overdue.  Not sure what to make of it
