RE:RE:RE:Wi-lan's opposition to recover attorneys' fees

The re-trial sounds like it can be immensely positive for Wi-Lan. They are being put in a position where they are able to use a different approach on a fresh jury. Now being familiar with the Rocket Docket and Texas trial conduct, we can expect the team to be greatly prepared. All while Alcatel-Lucent is left with all their cards revealed. No longer will they be able to pull the “two different technologies” card, they are left with little to no options.
