Management reps soliciting votes by phone I just took a call from someone soliciting votes on behalf of management. They were prepared to accept my proxy over the phone. When I said I was not pleased with the sell-out he quickly lost interest in talking to me.
I wonder if there is a bit of a scramble to line up enough of the smaller shareholders.
