Do so and what I would recommend then is trying to evaluate on what data those reports base versus the current situation.

I guess seeing that some bigger projects in South America got into political problems might make big mining companies sceptical about capital expenditures there whereas the heart of Africa might be more generous with mining commpanies investments in the country but e.g. Congo announced that they will increase taxes on copper concentrate exported for the reason to stimulate building smelters within the country and increase the value added.
