RE:My Questions on DonnerSo Donner raised 3 million of the 4.3 million that was due to Glencore.  Why did SND participate in the placement presumably knowing that there was not going to be enough cash to pay the call.

Does SND know that something is going to happen that would justify the placement, why would they particpate...
