When Sandstorm participated it was weeks earlier. They probably thought that there was a good chance that Donner could get the remainder of the financing in place. it is now highly unlikely that Donner gets financing in place. I have a post earlier that describes how this scenario will play out fcr Sandstorm involving dilution, purchase of the stream of subsequent purchase by Glencore leaving Sandstorm cashed up to their market cap with no streams coming on until 2015 and a poor record of previous streams. Will probably add to my position if this gets killed over this transition period.
