After 10 days I did receive a reply.  One would think investor relations personnel read the blogs.  The company will be sending out another document to the remaining OLE shareholders in late August so they can tender their shares.  I live in Canada so can't confirm that the same process will exist for American shareholders but would expect the same as the late July process.
