I agree with you that chart analysis is not very applicable to this stock at this time.  What this stock needs (to either disappear completely) or to break out to new highs is, as you say, some NEWS.
And not only some news, but the COMMUNICATION of that news (good, bad, or fair to middling) from its management and through its PR or Investor Relations team.  I keep asking myself the same question.   Why aren't they communicating it?  Can it really be possible that there is no news on any front?  Are Dundee and a few others  too on a long term holiday? Or they totally incompetent (at least as far as investor communications is concerned).  or are they trying to hide something?  In the absence of accurate, valid and timely (and ongoing and frequent)  information it is inevitable that people start to speculate about all sorts of possibilities.  Maybe if they bothered reading these posts (wouldn't a good investor relations team try to understand the mood and the views of its stockholder base?)  they will finally come up with another update? (And with some substance instead of the baloney and dissembling they put in the last one).  If you are reading this you smart guys at Woulfe investor relations please wake up and get off your fannies and do your job.   Or at least answer the e mails sent to your e mail address.   Or maybe find yourselves some other job and put in place some new people that know how to do it and are willing to do so.
