Sorry for crashing the party boys....and girls :-)Well, not really....I'm really enjoying the show, and I've paid my admission, holding some AAA which means I have a vested interest. Don't worry, it is money I can afford to lose, I'd rather make some bank here, but if I lose it all....ah well.
I wasn't kidding about what I said regarding buying penny stocks, and that some get in over their heads.....it happens more often than people probaby think.
So...the show. How's it going to turn out? The theatrics on the board would indicate a showdown is coming between the bears and the bulls, longs and shorts....but I don't think so.
Smoke and mirrors, so here's my guess....but its just a guess.
The pump is coming, but that's all it is a pump, the PPS will climb but the fundamental picture will remain what it is. This has to be about the most confusing company I've every come across, and I've seen a few.
On the one hand we have BNN interviews, mentions in respectable journals like the Globe and Mail, Reuters wire stories, analyst coverage. Even the listing on the TSX (not the venture exchange but Canada's big board) reeks off credibility.
But then we have the Ubequity Ubika smallcappower connection, which just reeks of pump and dump. And then there are the PRs, so much hyperbole, meaningless drivel meant to sound meaningful.....here's an old example:
"...expects to have a "good understanding" of those interested in providing debt financing for the project, which could prove to be a significant catalyst to the company's share price..."
Totally meaningless in the real world where results count and undelivered promises that pile up erode credibility til you're out on the street. But this is a penny stock, and with pennies this is far from out of the ordinary in my experience.
So what do I expect, or hope for....I think we're gonna see a run, and the board to turn incredibly bullish, perhaps some of the IDs that were bashing before will all of a sudden have a eureka moment and become pumpers.
And if it doesn't happen....ah well.
In any case, enjoy the show....I know I will.
