How you can defend management is beyond my comprehension. Unless you are Management...

Yes they may be walking the line now and gotten rid of the bad apples (aka Ian & Ed), but where were they when Stimsol was foolishly acquired, and expenditures going out-of-control like a girls-gone-wild episode?  Nobody put a stop to it, and here they are 2 years later still digging themselves out of this fiasco.  The damage is done and IMHO ALL MANAGEMENT & BOD should be held responsible! 

Shareholders have a right to be pissed, even if their comments are off the mark.  I see it as giving Arcan a taste of their own medicine - see how they like it!
