RE:RE:Pumpers Seem to Think BGM will Trade Soon.chillyballs,
You misunderstood what I said about the regulators.

If you read my past posts you would see that I am very interested as to whether or not the regulators are going to go after the professionals involved in the 10.6M Indicated to 1.0M Indicated fiasco and resultant 1 year no trade.

The BCSC is very much there to ensure that CEOs, Directors, QPs etc play by rules. So, I wonder where in the rules it allows for 10.6M oz Indicated to be changed to 1M oz indicated without consequences. Yet, that is what regulators appear to be allowing such and implicitly are satisfied with what happened to average investor. These are the facts. My wishing has nothing to do with it.

Get over it or better still don't. It is what it is. BGM may trade again or BGM may proceed directly to court ordered sales of property to pay off creditors.  Odds are pretty close to even but will tilt to court ordered sale by year end when Mr. Sprott will want his money back.
