I don't want to make too much out of this but first Dev says:  "From our perspective I'd like to see a healthy auction for the asset. I know two groups that like it, and Cameco has actually had some positive feedback as well."  The he says:  "To be honest with you, I found Cameco quite difficult to deal with." To me it sounds like he's speaking out of both sides of his mouth. Maybe it's just inadvertent chatter. But I think it might be intentional. He might be saying to all-non-CCO players, "Hey come after us. But if you don't, we just may have to deal with that big bad gorilla Cameco."  Who really knows?
