RE:"Same Thing"I guess A and C to a certain extent.  I don't recall the AGM being delayed.  They didn't announce a stategic review but it was known that they were wanting to sell the company and it seemed to take forever.  They eventually got a good price for the company and I was happy with the selling price after having held the stock for 2 years.

I'm not sure I agree with a lot of the comments about the lack of communication from Novus as I'm not sure that they could have told us a lot more, but that is just my opinion.
