RE:Lightstream Overhanging the SPGood points. It would cost them a lot if the price got too high.

If the price starts to rise and close beyond the 2.80 barrier, I'd say the deal is done or dead.

I doubt I'd stay with TOL if it merged with LTS. The companies with big debt seem to underperform.
