RE:RE:RE:PPWhy ? Why do you get a per unit discount when you buy anything in bulk ? To incentivise you to spend more ;))  Which in turn makes it quicker easier for VIV raise capital. You give something but you get something in return. 
BTW it's half warrants not full.
Anyway, the worst mistake a company can make in any financing at critical stages is underfunding itself. Questions are 1) is VIV at a critical stage (close to SP moving up) and 2) sufficiently funding itself ?
Believe me, there wouldn't be any "inbound" interest if ...wait for it...somebody didn't know something.  So...you draw your own conclusions. These are mine. 
Also, notice this is the second time a PP has been announced mentioning pre-existing investment interest. Feel free to comment why that would be but I can only conclude that the people that actually know what the f is going on feel that this is a winning horse eventually. 
I like the comment earlier saying this is not a drill play. Exactly. It's a business development story. Let's hope the guys in charge here have what it takes to do that.
