Why is nobody talking about the perspective financing that was suppose to be coming shortly. If shareholders were lied to should that not be grounds for a lawsuit. People purchased shares based on info that was posted back in April. What about all the offers for the copper facility in Peru that was announced early last week.
Going for creditor protection does not necessarily mean TAM is filing for bankruptcy. They probably need the time to complete the copper sale in order to pay off the debt. That's just another thought.
Has anybody heard the results the court ruling today?
