Re: Hangtown Deal

Re: Hangtown DealFalc you are right on with your post. There is way too much critisim in some of the posts. We all know how to read the 10-K and do not need to have it explained to us. I know these type of blogs will never stop. We just have to learn to try to ignore them the best we can.  I will be the first to admit that Harp did some things wrong. But the shares of Douglas were way higher when Harp sold the company than Hndi is right now. I think everyone was expecting HNDI to turn around with new management and that was why we hung on to our shares.. It turned out that the new management was worse than Harp. They did not produce any significant results and blew through millions. The financing of the juniors is so bad a lot of companies are going out of business. Harp on the other hand was able to raise 12.5 million for drilling and consolidation of Rango. As I said before I do not think that anyone would put this amount of money in if they were not positive about the outcome. I am anxiuosly awaiting the conference tomorrow. I think a lot of questions will be answered.
