No surprise here. This is the next logical step followed by mailing an offer to shareholders and then working the phones to explain the tremendous value proposition. They are obviously counting on investor apathy and hoping nobody looks into Zara management terrible track record or owns a calculator to figure out the massive value disctruction on the balance sheet.
