I am not going to lose any sleep
AMW management response a lovely
piece of passive aggressive tactics.
1) It is not that we are rejecting
the proposal we just need more time :)
In the meantime drills turn and assays
are about due
Will FIS all of a sudden go silent with
drill results? Dangerous idea to
contemplate and one both FIS and
AMW SH would
be up in arms about not to mention
what the Exchanges might say... I mean we
have a record of 1 to 2 releases a week.. Get real!
Thus the "need more time" puts ball in Dev's
court and all the while the ground gets
richer and our stock rises. If FIS doesnt
keep pace well then sucks to be you.

2) AMW putting out their confusion about
the timing is just as useful... Why would any
AMW shareholder entertain this proposal when the Mgmt team that
brought us all here thinks the drill program at least
the current one should be finished before
consolidation occurs.

Professional and patient and experienced
Guys at FIS would do well to pay attention

Those from both boards that think a proposal
of this nature will pass simply because it has been
formally offered need to give their head a shake!
