Na,
I'm saying if Dev wants AMW he should pay a 40% premium to consolidate under one roof.  So maybe 40% above 7.25

I have a HUGE problem with $2.0-2.5 for the combined company.  I would rather see this stay independent for another year +.

The longer AMW/FCU continue to map the ore body 1) the more lbs in the ground and 2) the close the U market is to rebounding.

That's why I think it was brilliant of mgmt to make AMW illiquid. 

Regardless of what the knucklehead running FCU might do, the difficulty in doing a takeover of AMW gives them more time to delineate the ore body and get a larger total amount.
