Dev's approach is truly baffling

Dev's approach is truly bafflingThe problem here is both sides have conflicting objectives.  Fission's management is very "aware" of its shareholders wishes, though it should be pointed out that management ARE some of the biggest shareholders.  They want to cash out, take their winnings, and move onto the next project.  I see where they're coming from-- they've had pretty good success, and want to try to do it again.  Not everyone wants to go through the long drawn out takeover process.  Neither company will be building a mine.

With all this in mind, I find the takeover move by Dev to be bizarre.  It only makes sense as a PR stunt, to give a bit of a kick to the SP.

Pretty lousy of him to once again slag Alpha management.  But obviously not surprising.  Fission's technical team is good, but Alpha's is as well.  Fission's collective ego's are through the roof.  It's truly incredible
