RE:OUTRIGHT REJECTIONNo sence getting into a p  fight over this...Look at what is best for shareholders, AMW with a 50M float or FCU with a 250M float? 

I have seen high float CO's move slower then "climate change" AMW needs to organize there high paid talent and get the deal done on there side!

Offer today's price for FCU on PLS and my shares are handed over!
