HAHAHA give me a break JSP.  AMW was doing just fine without FCU's proposal yesterday and we will probably blow right past their 7.26 offer this week when more results come out.

And as far as an offer,  I think Gowest's of 0.2 for 1 is fair.  50M (AMW)  vs.  250M (FCU)  - I know which one I'd prefer and it's not even close.

And oh ya, we'll allow you to appoint two members to the board (not named Randhawa).
