Alpha Response

Alpha Response

Excellent Response by Alpha...

This non reactionary response keeps all the options on the table....including acceptance of a revised proposal or a rejection. Clearly Alpha needs more time to evaluate , analyse and discus the offer.....

It is my understanding that the institutions , like Dundee, are in vavour of this merger for a variety of reasons including that they have clients on both sides of teh fence. So the institutions will be pushing to get this deal done.

To me it is a win win situation for all shareholders but not necessarily for the individual Alpha execs and directors as they could lose control and their jobs...

For Fission shareholders this would insure that the same technical team that has had so much success at PLS and the J zone will continue to be the operators of the project. Better than some unknowns from Alpha who would become the operators in the spring...

How can Alpha shareholders lose in such a deal? They get a premium and remain owners of the PLS and gain ownership of Fissions' other properties in the area and elsewhere...

I have heard it said that Alpha shareholders are afraid that Fission will sell it out from under them. To which i ask....why would Fission be anxious to sell until they are forced or have proven the reserve? It simply doesn't make sense to this novice....

Creating one company with 100% ownership of PLS is a logical and critical step in the development of this resource....shareholders should be ecstatic.....
