RE:Dev on BNN
RE:Dev on BNNAfter reviewing everything, here's my thoughts:
Alpha has been dear to my heart for the last year, made good thus far, and still a ways to go up the fianancial ladder with AMW, but it is now time to move up the next rung in the PLS story.
Know that you are going to be invested in the very same project when you get your FCU stock and will be in a 100% owned vehicle?
The consolidation has to happen before any major is going to buy PLS.
Call it whatever name you want, take-over by FCU, buy-out by FCU, merger by FCU but the next chapter has been written once FCU made their intentions public. It is going to happen so wrap your mind around the concept, and welcome it instead of coming up with all the silly ideas why it can't, won't or shouldn't happen.
Once AMW and FCU become one entity, then and only then will the shareholders of both companies get the proper valuation of PLS.
The major shareholders in both companies that also holds stock in both companies have made their feelings known and FCU management has spoken.
Insiders of AMW own virtually no stock, institutions control the deal. Alpha is defenceless and the institutions are letting in be known that they prefer FCU as the vehicle going foreward with Alpha under the Fission umbrella in a 100% entity of PLS.
Dundee Capital Markets for one came out yesterday putting their large support behind FCU as being their choice.
Sit back, the forces behind the dark curtain will make it happen and get the best dollar possible for PLS and us shareholders all things considered, from market conditions to price of uranium.
We'll all be one happy family soon, it's just a matter of what the final share ratio of AMW to FCU will be.
Cheers..
