RE:RE:RE:Dev on BNNright now this is a pressure tactic to speed up the merger process.  If Dev was to take the offer hostile he risks having another company outbid him and he isn`t offering much of premium (I have it as a discount actually) right now because as he points out the premium would be when someone buys the merged company.  He knows he won`t be the operator in 4 months and wants to get the merger complete before then.
