RE:RE:takeover
RE:RE:takeover
Yes, BUT
AMW becomes operator in a very short period of time. DEV is instigating this NOW because he is desperate to stay in control as operator. As yourself why?
If its all about big investors wanting a value pop I call BS. The biggest value pop will be if you consolidate after ANOTHER YEAR of drilling. So WHY NOW.
Some have alluded to him having "sold out" already, being in one of the big guys "pockets" etc (or maybe they just have some photos, who knows).
Well guess what, if he's not the operator (assuming he has a hypothetical side deal) what happens to his hypothetical deal then?
Would AMW massively ramp up drilling to prove pounds in the ground asap so that the valuation at sale is that much more? We saw how they worked RIO/CAMECO on Roughrider, whats wrong with asking them to do the same here?
Another question, what happens if AMW were to be the consoldiator, attempting to take out FCU? They'd then OWN the "patents" - which I happen to think are worthless because alll FCU has is a PATENT APPLICATION and nothing more at this point.
Another thing, who do you think the big boys want to negotiate with Dev or Gunning and Co?
Dev MUST pay a premium for AMW because he wants to be in control. That is why they call it a control premium. If FCU consolidates it, then the front office of FCU calls the shots, they keep their jobs and most of the AMW front office gets turned out. FCU management gets to continue their gravy train of options. The way AMW management has run things, if they consolidated the gravy train would be over.
I say keep them separate for another year.
Let AMW be the operator and FCU take the back seat for a bit.
My bet is all shareholders end up with more upside with Gunning and Co at the helm than dirty dev.
