10FCU to 1 AMW
10FCU to 1 AMWWateroperator, this is a 50/50 operation. If it is sold to another company that is how the proceeds will be split. If FCU does a take over or a merger, whatever you care to call it , AMW will get half of whatever value is placed on the property. As they plan to pay for it with shares , the number od shares to AMW shareholders will match a value of 50% of the total sale. 10 to 1 is not on the table. It should close at the ratio of the number of outstanding shares in each company. There was a post indicating the management of AMW do not hold any signficant amount of the outstanding shares . I hope this is not true or they will have very little power to influence any offer .
PLS is a gem and I hope any changes to ownership are agreed to without a battle or we will all be losers in the end.
