shareholders demand to see the farmout agreement between the farmor {assignor and owner of the oil and gas lease} and the farmee {Rango or Hangitup}.... I can bet you it has a continuing drilling clause, wherein farmee must earn acreage by diligently drilling X number of wells within a certain period of time ... THIS May be 90 days after completion or abandonment of the first well and any successive wells...... if wells aren't drilled or completed with this time frame the farmout agreement and or any assignment, equity or right in the subject oil and gas lease to Farmee {Rango, Hangitup}are IPSO FACTO NULL AND VOID....THESE GUYS CAME IN TO THIS UNDER CAPITALIZED AND UNABLE TO PREFORM.......in the oil business expect the best but prepare for the worst......and spread the risk.. these promoters were just trying to sell stock. It's evident they got a poor cement job on the liner they set and the bit hung up when attempting to whipstock......this hole is junked it would cost twice as much to attempt a drill to a deeper level and complete...... than to just drill an new well.....
