Either way I won't be hussled out of this, it doesn't take a large amount of capital to reduce your average at 3c and I am in agreement with you that this will be developed or sold someway, somehow. We do though have a current risk/issue with liquidity here, so something, even loose change sooner rather than later would be preferred by me to take the pressure off a little.
