This financing to me is just a continuation type financing so the comapny can get to the next level. I am hoping that there is no more financing  required for work to complete the work plan and whatever data is needed for the banks. I would assume that all the financing provided by the bank wil have to go directly into developing the mine itself so corporate funds were needed for day to day ie listing fees etc. If further financing is required for the bank to be "comfortable" then I would hope it is at a much higher price then today. With Ned back on board it would seem he will not be participating in future funding. It would be great to see no further dilution of the stock and that all funds can be raised via debt. Will be an interseting next few months.
