RE:Analyst calls for strategy change or activist activity at Lightstream

RE:Analyst calls for strategy change or activist activity at LightstreamNormally I'm negative about Mr. Wright & his Petro............. companies but I decided to look at it from an institutional owners viewpoint.  Here's my take on it.  Please correct me if my thinking is flawed.
**********************************************************************************************************
Activist activity is highly unlikely IMO.  The top 10 Institutional holders have an average cost of about $8.30 share (unless I'm reading the chart wrong)  With a book value of $17.84 and a  $.96 yr dividend the return is 11.5% on their cost.  If LTS cuts the divi in 2014 by half they're still getting 5.75% yr.  With those metrics and a long term view why would they care what Mr. Market is valuing the company at.  That only matters if you decide to sell.
**************************************************************************************************
Unfortunately my wife's average cost is $11.07 share (sold my position @ $8.37 and put it into ATH)  which equate to an 8.6%  return.  If they cut the divi we'll have to reassess it but until then we'll just hang in there and wait and see.
