thanks Eunice12. my logic was that a VPT NR indicating they have replied to all the FDA's question(s) may (heaven forbid) increase the SP and hence provide an advantage to anyone subscribing the PP and its terms. also, i though the FDA had to respond in 15 business days, NOT 90 days? i could be wrong.
