I have noticed from company interviews that "in the coming weeks" seems to be a phrase used by the company to indicate "the future" in general. In many cases you could likely substitute "in the coming months" for a more conservative estimate of the timelines.

P.S. 2guys before you insinuate that anyone else is a company guy, you should probably clarify which companies your views here represent or if you are here as an unbiased and independant observer, posting every few minutes just for fun. TIA.
