To get to your ignore list go to the “Messages” page and you will see it on the menu bar beside your contact list.  Stockhouse has recently added an "envelope" on the main message bar which will get you to the messages page.

A quick way of checking if you have messages is to use drop down menu on your screen name without having to change pages.
