RE:Re: HostileThere's a good probability that the deal gets done and the market gives back the "one company" gains we had.  The market may even give us more on a done deal.  The number of board seats AMW receives on a new AMW/FCU board is likely a main sticking point to a deal but besides Ainsworth and Gunning there are no other obvious candidates who would deserve an appointment to a new board.
