Is this fair?? Who can one contact to see if there is something wrong with this???

Is this fair?? Who can one contact to see if there is something wrong with this???TO all NFC shareholders. (even if you hold just 1 share)

6,000,000 shares of JFC (the only real assets of this company) being given to VIC.
Jjust because he agreed " to waive repayment of a recent loan in the amount of $150,000 in return for receiving 6,000,000
Jaguar shares from the Company at the market value of $0.025 per share".

Why did NFC not sell the JFC shares in the market and repay him? Or why could not the same offer and condition be given to other shareholders of NFC to buy the JFC shares from NFC at the same price of $0.025, and then NFC could repay the loan back to VIC.

At $0.025, it is a steal. Where can you get 6,000,000 at that price. The latest financials of JFC states the value to be "approximately $0.05 per issued common share".
