RE:TOLLTS is probably involved in some way . Outright purchase would be a long shot.  Whats going on with Keystone. The Great Sultan of the USA will never approve it. All his relatives live in the Middle East. He is a card carrying member of the Muslim Brotherhood and associate member of Al Quada.
