RE:Will Annual General Meeting Shed Some Light?To pick up on the last part of your post  If my memory serves me correctly premiums on buyouts generally reflect a certai percentage over the average SP over a preeceding 20 trading day average.
Using your proposed 30% premium I believe the figure would be more like $1.48 as 3/4 of the last20 trading days have seen a closing price mostly between $1.10 and $1.21
