SA have 26%, Dundee 26%, Noront 7% (unless they sell to get cash), previous board members and insiders will have some as well, so around 60% is spoken for before looking at long term institutions and private investors like us.
Prior to the deal, EAG shareholders had 75% of a project that was going nowhere due to lack of funds, now they have nearly 40% (assume SA exercise options) of a project with excellent potential - that is why the share price has gone from 7.5 cents to 13 cents. Hang on in there folks.
