Hey - we can always agree to disagree, and you make some valid points...

Re the young Ainsworth - I totally agree that he need not particularly be a board member and his best contribution would be on the gound. But I still instist that Alpha have equal representation on the board, and I would rather have young Garrett Ainsworth as a director than Dev - from a standpoint of looking after the shareholders interest. Definitely Garret Ainsworth and Ross McElroy should be in charge of exploration here which is more office like duty than director's duties. But the arguemnt to put them on the board is also compelling... Young Garret has had as much to do with this discovery as anyone else!

Re Misunerstanding FCU's offer - there is no misunderstanding from my prospective - I get to vote on it and I will not take a less than the proper ratio of 5.55:1 and I beleive there should also be a premium in the fact that going forward Alpha is the operator. The fact that there was an arb in the markets (the market incorrectly was trading at about a 5.0:1 ratio at the time of Dev's offer) and this offer proposed a premium was simply the opportunity that Dev used to try to pull this off... Do you not think that AMW and its followers realize that fully diluted AMW will probably have $12 mil more in cash on hand that Alpha?

My point about possibly selling 10% to a strategic investor who might pay a lot more than Dev's paltry proposed 5.3 number that works out to $7.00 per share at this time - It was just a conjecture. What if Alpha sold BHP a 10% stake at $9.00 per share?? It would not be a big enough block to allow BHP control of any bidding war, and it would still leave Fission vulnerable... What I getting at here is that Apha has many options at this time and this scenario with a stable senior would allow Alpha the opportunity to see just how big this deposit is, and if Fission wants to sell out early for thier quick flip 55% premium to market then so be it... I want to see this out and I stronly feel there is more upside and that Alpha has to look at all thier options with the objective of maximizing shareholder value and getting paid for most of the pounds in the ground... Again, I am just pointing out that there are all kinds of possibilities here...

More to the point here - you are telling me that Fission & Alpha want to  "position this project for a bidding war between the majors".  Who has more experience wrt this matter - Dev and company or Gunning and Ben Ainsworth?? There is no contest here so why have Alpha in charge??

Ok - nuff said. Certainly some good debate here
