They kept the cash in the pls jv as it makes the most sense. I'm sure all of us bought amw and/or fcu for pls, not the side projects, so I would like the see the money be worked on pls. The spinco for fcu has work paid by aaz and they can do a pp for those that want to put money at work on those properties. 

Drilling isn't cheap, and if you want to build up the resource, fight off low ball bids, etc they will need the money to do this.
