I think the good news was expected, but a nice move up anyway. IMO, we are looking at Foreign events affecting SP of most things. Japan and India are hurting. Europe isn't buying much. US real estate is topping out. Tapering is on the table. We don't want the punch bowl removed- end of the party.

Lots of reasons to be safe and in cash. I'm half cash, but will buy more BXE now.
