Just to spice up the conversation a bit

Just to spice up the conversation a bitHere are some questions that some BPE enthusiasts might like to take a shot at (Bullman, I would think you might be one of them) if they haven't already done so:

1. What is a fair multiple of AFFO to determine the proper share price?
2. Given that multiple what AFFO is needed to reach a share price of say a $1.50?
3. How many child care spaces are needed to reach that AFFO?
4. What will be the average capex per new child care space?
5. How much capital is needed to reach the target number of child care spaces?
6. Does BPE have the capital available now without having to issue more shares?
7. How long will it take to reach the target number of child care spaces?

The correct answers to those questions will give us a better idea as to when we could expect a share price of $1.50. Unfortunately management (and don't get me wrong I am pleased with the new CEO) is not making it easy for us to answer the above questions. Has anyone taken a shot at the above (using plausible assumptions) questions.
